Why do I get the Merchant not allowed from IP-address?

You can see this error if you use Quickpay's API to communicate with us. This check is made to make sure, that not everybody can get access to your transactions and only whitelistede IP-address can gain access.

If you get the error Merchant not allowed from your IP address (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx), then you must add the mentioned IP-address in your Quickpay-manager. This is done under "Settings -> API Access" in the field "Allowed API IP addresses:". Insert your IP-addresses and click "Save".
